Cute and Sturdy but Cannot Squeeze in extra

Great size and decent weight. My only issue is that I wish it was expandable. There is no stuffing this piece of luggage. You can try to over fill, but you will have to sit on it to get it closed and run the risk of breaking the hinges (they don't seem very strong). It did make it through it's first flight in one piece. Wheels role great and extended handle is pretty sturdy. Definitely cute.

Fits in overhead

Not Great

Inner pocket seams broke first use. Travel lock doesn't consistently work. Wheels are very sticky. Handle won't retract fully when back is full.

Nice looking, huge functional space for a carry on

This is a great looking bag and huge for a carry on. According to the packable measusrements here, and using a volume converter online, this capacity is about 46L which is amazing for a carry on (vs about 40L for the Tru-Frame which is about average for a carry on). People on this site say they have carried on United and American without issues - disclaimer: I have not. Southwest is very generous with their allowable size so no problem there. Check with your airline to verify. Love the frame and locks and no external zippers. This is so easy to access this bag. The internal comartments and dividers are Samsonite great. Wheels are quiet and sturdy. Will give off a hollow grumble when empty - not to worry: when fully packed this bag is solid and quiet. I love the carbon fiber look to the shell. The plastic is sturdy. I have both the Tru-Frame and Framelock because they serve separate functions for me: Larger Framelock for winter with an extra 6 liters of packable space, and Tru-Frame for summer and international. Besides, look at them side by side: which one would you want to return! Both beautiful, strong, and functional bags. I was not paid for this review nor did I receive either bag free from Samsonite.

Everything I expected from Samsonite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 30 year old Samsonite case. The latches are great and the combination lock is convenient and works with ease. Setting the combination is also well engineered and works flawlessly. The numerous packing features make this a versatile case and I can easily fit a week's worth of warm weather clothes. I am 100% satisfied.
