Love this couch!

I’m obsessed with this couch! I did a lot of research before choosing it and I was torn between the Radley and the Rhyder. I'm so happy that I went with the Rhyder! The Parallel Stone Beige is a beautiful light beige color that fits perfectly in my space. I don't feel like the online photos show the color as clearly. The fabric has a soft, corduroy-like texture with fine lines—very stylish and cozy. Cushions are deep and firm yet super comfortable, and the size is perfect for hosting. I don't understand any of the reviews that said this couch is uncomfortable. Maybe if you are not a fan of deep seats. I searched endlessly for the perfect couch and I am content finding one that my entire family likes and can fit on with room to spare! If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—just go for it! :)

Suuuuuch a COMFY couch!!!

I've owned my couch for almost 6 years now and it is DURABLE! I have a golden retriever, two cats and a husband. The dog and hubby rough house on this poor couch daily and it takes a beating for sure and it still looks awesome. I absolutely love that every cushion unzips so the couch is completely washable. Resilient to stains.. I even had someone throw up on my couch in the middle of the night, looking like an exorcism, and it all washed out and looked back to normal. My jaw dropped, I thought I was going to have to bill the moron for ruining my couch! He got very lucky I paid for quality... because this couch is definitely worth it's price. Customer service was great and easy to. I only called them once while it was getting delivered and they resolved it no hassle. This couch is also SO DANG COMFORTABLE!!! 5 adults can comfortably lounge on it with elbow room.

DONT IGNORE THE ONE STAR RATINGS

Just like every other truthful review, this furniture is a waist of money.... POOR QUALITY, CHEEP MATERIALS, CRAPPY CONSTRUCTION. The first time I washed the cushion covers, it was over. Nearly every seem came apart because the fabric unraveled to the point there were several yarn size balls of the tangled fabric. The seat cushions flatten out and there's no fluffing or flipping that will help. Macy's should be embarrassed. I work too hard for my money for this!

In love

This is the best sectional ever. I absolutely love it. I purchased it for my family room and purchased a different sectional for my loft. I wish I had purchased the Rhyder for my loft as well. It’s so comfortable and everyone who sits on it comments how comfortable it is and asks me where I purchased it. We love just lounging on it. Everytime I sit on it I’m so happy that I purchased it. I wish it came in a sofa and loveseat and chair version so that I could put it in my formal living area. Which I would make more informal. I’ve had it for over a year and I still love it. What are you waiting for, just do it aka just buy it.

Don’t buy it!

I wish I read the reviews more carefully. I tried this in person before buying it but the ones in the store are way more soft and let you sink into the couch more. When you get the couch, it’s incredibly uncomfortable! The back is so low and there’s barely any support. The gap between the seats causes you to sink in for some reason. You won’t be able to sit up right comfortably so you’ll always have pretty bad posture. Spend more money and buy a better couch elsewhere.

Save. You. Money. And. Posture

Had this couch 7 months now and it’s getting more uncomfortable by the day, it’s actually giving me neck pain. It’s sunken in and the back cushions have zero support. I came to the comments to see if maybe j got a defective one but it seems the problem it common. Save your money. My parents bought the radley and it’s so much more comfortable and much cuter in-person than it looks online.

Amazing sofa

Waited 3 years to write this review as I wanted to observe and experience how this sofa held up in terms of functionality, comfort and utility. I would say this is the best sofa set I have ever purchased. My last sofa set lasted almost 20 years, also purchased from Macy's. I love how comfortable this is, it is plush and low to the ground, very deep and it has removable cushions and pillows, perfect for any household with kids and pets. All my guests love to sleep downstairs on this sofa, it is long and wide just like a twin bed. I purchased the gray dove color for my family room 3 years ago, and this summer I am purchasing the oatmeal one for my formal living room. Don't hesitate, this is an amazing, comfortable and durable sofa.
