Bad investment

I only used this one time and wheel came off and luggage cracked. Now I have to spend more money to replace this one.

Quality product

Refund the price of the order.

First of all, when I opened my package of the suitcase end it was break. Imagine my surprise when I receipt my luggage like that. Secondly, I was waiting 19 days for my delivery when I payed for the express delivery. For another part I want to refund my product and it wasn’t an option because the website was blocked. I just want if is possible refund the price of my order.

Buy it

lightweight and plenty of room. I also like the wheels because they work well on all surfaces. Glad I bought it.

Best Product Ever!

Just recently bought my son this product and he LOVES it. the dual wheels make it super easy for him to roll around himself and the hard side is very durable, great color too!

Bag didn’t last 1 trip

Took this bag on 1 trip, came back dented and with a wheel missing. The bag cannot be used again without this wheel. It’s a total waste of money! Tried to exchange it at Macy’s but they wouldn’t take it back.
