Battery doesn’t hold charge, has been exchanged but has same issues with the replacement.

I didn’t listen to reviews, absolute garbage! gave this as a Christmas gift and it flew once and wouldn’t take off again and no it wasn’t crashed it’s in new condition. The gift recipient tried to contact Protocol by emails and didn’t get any response. I found out months later and was completely embarrassed. I contacted Macy’s customer service and they would not do a thing. Didn’t stand behind the product they sold me. And didn’t care if their customer was happy or out the money.

DO NOT BUY DRONES FROM PROTOCOL!!!

Drone does not fly. Read directions and charged battery for drone and remote as directed. Blades rotated, lights came on. Back lights were supposed stop flashing, one by one, as we followed the directions for each side. They never did. The drone would not lift off ground. We tried 3 days in a row! No luck! What a disappointment for our 11 year grandson who worked on this all 3 days. We left message on phone # in drone directions on 12/26/2020 and no one has returned the call yet. Today is 12/30/2020!!! Macy’s has always been a stellar company. This product is no where near Macy’s quality snd standards. Will not purchase electronics from Macy’s again!
