It is typical for any memory foam product to have a slight odor when removing it from packaging, we recommend allowing the item to sit in a cool, dry area out of all packaging and plastic for at least 48 hours before use to release any trapped odors. There are other factors that may cause a slight smell, such as condensation building up depending on how long it was in transit or if you live in a warmer area the foam could have had a reaction to the heat if the box was left outside or in the sun as it is recommended to avoid putting memory foam in direct sunlight or heat. This topper features 3 inches of adaptifoam memory foam that cradles pressure points to offer enhanced support, but may not provide the correct amount of comfort for every sleeper. Please don't hesitate to contact Macy's customer support for assistance with returning or replacing your topper.

Very comfortable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress topper is extremely comfortable! I have a harder mattress and instead of getting a new mattress, this topper saved the day! It's breathable so I don't get hot throughout the night and it's very supportive being I'm a side sleeper.

If you like soft and squishy, this topper is for you
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a firm mattress and want some extra comfort, this is a nice addition to give your mattress a much softer feel. Make sure your sheets are big enough to fit with the added height of the foam. Definitely recommend for someone who likes the feel of a soft, foam like feel.

Very comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liked how easy it was to setup on my bed. Just opened up the packing and let it fully fluff up after a few hours. I was afraid it was going to be too soft and I was going to sink in. But I found it to be very comfortable to sleep on and it gives me the support I need. The only negative is that my bedsheet doesn’t fit my mattress and topper now properly.

Super soft!!!
