We have had this sectional for only a few months, and we have already had to use our furniture protection warranty twice. The cushions rip from the back of the couch and it is such poor quality. We barely use the couch, and we are severely disappointed in the quality. Buyer beware! This is NOT a good option if you plan to use it for more than a month or if you have kids.
Beware of rips to back of cushions
It’s gorgeous BUT the cushions are stitched to the back of the couch so if the cushions get sat on too far up or a kiddo jumps on one the stitching rips away from the back of the couch. It’s comfy and lively otherwise, but the cushions stitched to the back was a horrible design flaw :( my couch is only two months old.

I bought this sectional about 4 months ago. It's very beautiful and very impressive looking in our family room. I love it... but it doesn't lend itself to much lounging. It's a bit hard for me to sit on for a long period of time. I wish it was softer.

My sectional was delivered this morning. The delivery people were awesome. Overall I love the sectional. I would definitely recommend. It would have been awesome if they had more than one configuration. I love that it's tufted and the piping is a contrasting color. It really makes an classy but comfortable look. I saw the beige in the showroom which was nice but the grey is more functional for my pet and kid. The couch is very comfortable and the cushions are all attached so they won't slide around like I've seen with other leather sectionals. The quality of the leather also feels good.

Very comfortable and high quality sectional. White glove delivery was awesome. I’m very pleased with this purchase! The gray is a bit darker in person. If I didn’t have small children and dogs I would have gone with the beige, but the gray is pretty! Plenty of seating and room the spread out. I’m having a hard time uploading a photo on Macy’s but if you want to see in my space, search the tag #nicholdensectional on Instagram.
Best sectional couch ever!
A piece of furniture, as important as a sectional couch, can literally divide a family! One looks for comfort, one goes for the look, one wants it firm, one wants it fluffy. Motorized, traditional, modern, too modern? So much walking, so much testing. Every single couch we put our eyes on and sat on was not it until, by pure accident, we bump into Nicholden. It was love at first sight for every member of the family. So elegant, warmly modern and so comfortable no matter where and how you sit. I am Italian and I am extremely proud of what this Italian manufacturer Chateau D’Ax was able to create and make available to the world market. Real leather. It comes in 2 colors, beige and grey but not the usual beige and not the usual grey. This is one of the best purchases of our our life.
