I ordered this couch as one of my first major purchases during renovations of my house. I was so excited. I even hired an interior decorator to make sure the colors flowed. I ordered the beige sectional. When the order arrived, they delivered gray. I called and told them it was the wrong color. They came back out and brought another gray couch to replace it with, rather than the beige that I ordered. I called them again. This began a harrowing 3 year saga of me calling Macy's to report the wrong color and them constantly delivering the gray. There were at least 8 exchanges. Each time it was gray. I don't know why it was so hard to get the color right. One time, they actually brought the center connector of the sectional in the correct beige color, but not the other pieces of the sectional. I had to reject it. Then they just stopped trying, saying I had to accept the gray or get a refund. I was so furious. Now they have stopped taking my calls. Macy's customer service is subpar.

Right hand side makes horrible noise when you recline. Both sides have a horrible odor. Can’t sit on it. Makes me ill. No phone number that I can get a replacement couch.

We paid quite a bit of money, had to wait 1 full year for the chaise. Now 2 years later, our chaise has a sunken area where I sit. I'm a fairly small person. It also has an area on top (not a seam) that is an inch in diameter where the fabric is coming apart. We have had other much less expensive sets that lasted us 15 years.

I bought this sofa in 2021 because it had a transitional style, recliners, & a chaise. Three years later & I wish I’d shopped around more and done better research. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE PETS!! This fabric collects every bit of hair, lint, feathers, etc. Lint rolling isn’t enough because of the weave. The cushions are still firm & holding shape, recliners & headrests are still functional, but it creaks a bit & my middle seat seems to tilt down on one side. Re: delivery—I had white glove, no issues, full setup, & removal of all boxes. I’ll continue to shop Macy’s Furniture but I wouldn’t buy this sofa again.

We purchased this set at a Macy's furniture store, so we asked all the questions we had but were unfortunately lied to by the salesperson about the quality and longevity of these sofas. These are very nice looking, but such poor quality and were quite expensive (which I suppose expense is subjective). Not even a year into owning them and the fabric is already wrinkling, pilling(small balls of fluff), and stitching is coming undone. They are hardly ever sat on as we had no children, pets were not allowed on them, and we rarely sit on them ourselves. They are not really uncomfortable, but for the price they are they could have been manufactured to be far more comfortable. They're mediocre. They are a very contemporary design and look lovely, but due to the quality I would definitely NOT recommend them.

I ordered this couch in 2021 it was delivered through Macys services and my couch had bed bugs I believe it was delivered with old furniture that they take from other customers homes all on the same truck I called customer service nothing was ever done about this I will never ORDER FURNITURE AGAIN FROM MACYS BEWARE

This is honestly the worst couch we’ve ever had. Odie we had a Macys couch for 10 years and no issue with it. We decided it was time for an upgrade and set on the floor model which was comfortable. The couch we got delivered is awful awful. If creaks when you sit down, even for our kid. The fabric holds every type of lint and no matter if you vacuum it, lint roll it whatever it doesn’t come off. The backs of the couch so uncomfortable. It makes you sit awkward unless you recline and then the recline feature doesn’t even go all the way up. The fabric wrinkles when you sit and the corner is already sinking back where you sit. We have never regretted a purchase so much. Seriously do not get this couch we should have listened to the other reviews.

Overall, the sofa is somewhat comfortable but for me the biggest thing is that when it reclines, the foot rest doesn’t go up (incline) all the way. Also, wish the headrest was also had a switch to go up and down Instead of having to do it manual.
