Mixed feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow shams are beautiful and were delivered quickly. So that experience was 5 stars. However, at the same time, I purchased the matching duvet, which was available, according to their website, only in their Manhattan store. Also, according with their website, the item was ready for pick up. I live in NJ, so I asked my daughter to get it for me. When she got to the store, nobody knew about this order. They sent her to another department who at the end told her that “it must be a glitch in our system”. Nobody contacted me about it either to prevent the trip or to apologize afterwards. Frankly I expected more from this store!
