The Perfect Quilt
This Fox Toile FQ Quilt came sooner than expected; nicely packaged. My first impression was this is a unique piece, carried weight even though it appeared light. This quilt is 100% cotton fiber with double stitching and piping to create the perfect finish. A lot of detail went into it, from the close triple line running stitch design creating a diamond effect. With this level of creativity, the quilt can also be used on the reverse side. It’s a comfortable feel not rough against the skin. With an adequate amount of 100% cotton fill, enough to keep you warm on a wintry night. The grey and white color adds luster to the forest team. Every intricate detail of the forest, cabin, fox, weeds, trees and the vein on the leaves came together nicely. The edge in its entirety are controlled by a deeper grey piping which matches with darker areas of the forest. The reverse side lacks the scenery however, the grey is dominant with small white dots creating small squares all over. I would recommend getting the pillow cases to complete the look.
If you love toile
If you are like me and really love toile then you will love this . It's nice and soft and reverses to a soft gray/ white pattern. It fits like a bedspread and easily covers the pillows. No need for shams. I have not yet washed it so I am hoping for the best.
Fabulous & stunning
Love this! I’m a quilt (rather than duvet) person and this is perfect for me. The subtle design of the cute little foxes amongst the theme of woods is unique and delightful to the eye. The fact that it’s reversible is a huge bonus factor as the opposite side is just as attractive—so will be nice to switch around occasionally—like having two quilts in one! Martha Stewart quality is evident in the design, stitching, and overall feel of the quilted material. It is an up-to-date and fashionable design that blends in beautifully with my neutral decor. I’m extremely pleased with this quality quilt that is different in design and functionality (reversible feature) from any other quilt I’ve looked at recently.
