So far so good!

UPDATE: The delivery process was extremely thorough. Very impressed and please with how well they communicate with you throughout that process. As for the couch, we’ve had it less than a week, but so far so good. Extremely comfortable, beautiful fabric. Nice deep seating. If you need your feet to touch the ground while sitting, this may not be for you. I prefer a deeper seat so I can lounge more easily. I have a no shedding dog so hair isn’t an issue, but have noticed if he ounces off the couch to quickly it leaves a mark in the fabric— not too noticeable though. Also want to mention that the 2 chaise lounges aren’t as firm as the middle cushions, which I find a bit odd. They indent slightly. All in all, loving it so far. I have to rate this a 1 star as of now because this is the second time I’ve received an email asking me how I like my new couch— I still have not received it. It was due to arrive last week. That’s not too bad of an amount of time for it to be delayed, but am a little annoyed that I’ve now received 2 Macy emails asking for product feedback when I haven’t even received it yet.

Love this double chaise

Love this couch. Purchased it online so I was a bit scared because it was such a large purchase but it’s perfect. It’s comfortable and the color is gorgeous. It’s big enough for the entire family.
