handle failure

Handle wouldn't retract completely after first airline trip. Macy's wouldn't refund because our trip was beyond their 30 days return time limit. London Fog referred to leisureluggage.com for any repairs but they gave zero response after 3 emails and no phone number. Bag looks good but handle is flimsy and there is zero support from London Fog

Problem with retracting handle!

Worked fine until retracting the handle became difficult and then impossible.

A beautiful and functional suitcase!!

It is a beautiful suitcase and has many features not found in most carry-on suitcases, which I greatly appreciate! Rather than the inside having just one side with a zippered net covering and the other with the two triangle-shaped straps, it has several zippered pockets and even a small clear zippered pouch just the right size for the TSA limited size liquids! It is much more functional than any carry-on I've found, and certainly one of the most attractive!

Great for travel

I have owned all 3 pieces. All 3 sizes hold a lot! Maybe too much, because the pieces can be heavy when full. Very easy to run through an airport with 2 pieces. Efficient & sturdy Spinner Wheels. The blue set is very attractive and easy to spot in baggage claim. I think this set will withstand travel abuse and last for years. I just went on a 4 day trip to NYC with just 20" and success! Wish there was a smaller piece to add to the collection.
