DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM MACYS

Purchased this couch on 8/20/23. Delivery scheduled for 9/16/23. Delivery men came and delivered the sofas but 1 of 3 was missing legs. The delivery men (third party) put in an order before they left to Macy's. Macy's said they put an in order to their warehouse on 10/18/23. Since then, I have followed up every 2 weeks and they kept saying "check back in 5 days". Today is 11/27/23, and my sofa still has NO legs. Why have customer service if you can't service the customer? Horrible service.

Gorgeous Piece

I bought this off the floor and it is stunning. Very heavy and very well-made. made in Italy and of course the leather is luxurious. cushions do not come off which I love because it’s aggravating when they do. Well-cushioned and super comfortable. Other reviewers spoke of ‘rickety’ legs. it’s really quite simple people: Flip your couch over and you’ll see five wooden legs. They screw off and they should have a round black disc at the top of each leg (make sure there is one and if not, make one out of some sturdy material so it screws in nice and tight into the sofa. So unscrew each leg and then get out some heavy duty glue and put some in the hole where it screws in. screw it back in nice and tight (with the disc at the base like before) and voila! nice non-rickety couch! Sometimes you gotta MacGyver things people and not just send it back. try to figure it out on your own and you’ll save big money in the process

Lovely couch

Super cozy couch. We sat on this at a friends house and decided to buy one for ourselves. Absolutely love it. High quality materials and soooo comfortable.

looks nice but…

bought this thinking it would be sturdy…it’s a sofa right? we have had for over a year and am just waiting for the legs to break z leather is soft amd good quality but geez why in earth are these legs so rickety

I made a mistake and now I have to live with it.

The color was different than the one in the showroom. The legs are so flimsy that they shake everytime you move. I tried to return but they would not allow it, even though it had been wrapped in original wrapping for two months. Never shop there again.

Cushions lost firmness after 6 months

I loved the look of this sofa and was so excited to bring it home. After just 6 months all of the cushions have lost their firmness. if this is for an area where no one is using them the esthetic is beautiful, but with any kind of use they will not last.
