Krofton

Not even a year old and the sofa is no longer functional. Purchased the protection plan. Called a few times and have not received a call back. A bad purchase.

I do not recommend this sofa

I purchased in July, didn’t get delivered until September 18. Sofa headrest will not go back down. Stopped working 4 months after it arrived. With only light use of sofa and it breaks within 4 months. I purchased the warranty protection. Tried submitting a claim but was advised it’s still under vendor warranty. Tried calling Macys to have it fixed and Shane told me he would call me back 2 weeks ago and he didn’t. Just called again, was told they only have one day in February during the week for a vendor inspection. Macys and this vendor are making it extremely difficult to correct this matter. this process should not be so difficult, especially for the amount of money paid. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from this company and I do not recommend it either!

Good looking comfy recliner

We’ve had this recliner sofa for about a year now. All 4 recliners work great . The cushions are still like brand new despite a 7-year jumping on them the whole time- no sagging, no leather folding or wear and tear. The sofa itself looks great and gets a lot of compliments. The faux leather is very easily cleanable. Overall this has been a great buy for us.

Great Recliner

We love this recliner; bought the floor model and everything works perfectly fine. I love that you can comfortably rest your elbow on the headrest while sitting and facing the opposite end of the couch. Super easy assembly — the backs can lift straight up, but it is large and heavy. Each recliner has its own power control. My brother and uncle sat down and immediately feel into a nap in the reclining position after moving it in. Works great for us! (Four stars because you do have to slide your fingers into the middle recliner to adjust.)

Stiff and recliner folds to a bad angle

The recliner has a weird angle…forcing you slouch. My hips began to hurt immediately. Will return which will cost 1/3 of the price of the couch. I should have only ordered something that had reviews.
