Just Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used a much cheaper coffee maker. I wasn't pleased with that one, after I purchased a new one & sent it back. I love everything I've purchased from KitchenAid, & this coffee maker is no exception. A much more expensive choice, but worth it. The coffee is just right & the appearance on my counter is just right. I love KitchenAid. 4 stars is perfect in my book, I never give 5 stars on this type of survey. I always leave room for improvement

Not my favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coffee does not get hot enough. Cannot just turn it back on after the auto turn off, have to add more water and just restart the whole cycle. Seems to drip constantly too. Basket does not empty. Have to keep a rag under when pot is taken out. Lots of problems.

Horrible - broken carafe, no replacement

I got this coffee maker for my birthday in February 2020. We hand washed the carafe to be careful, and after 2 months it cracked while washing it. I called Kitchenaid after being unable to find a replacement carafe, and was told they don't make replacement carafes for this coffee maker, and a cracked carafe is not under warranty. So, not I have a worthless coffee maker after 2 months and kitchenaid won't do anything to solve/fix the problem.

No carafe replacement

Its a good coffee brewer , I really liked it until I broke the carafe :( there is no replacement. You can not find it anywhere .
