Sofa is pretty and comfortable but after 2 months the spring in the middle cushion is protruding. I sat on the sofa 6-10 lbs and weigh 130 lb. Macy said someone has to come to inspect (they would not accept a photo). Appt. for inspection scheduled for August and today I got a call saying the inspector is on vacation and they had to re-schedule. Very dissatisfied with poor customer service and cheaply made sofa.

I was in very much need of a new sofa; cushions were shot. I happened upon this beautiful one walking by the furniture dept. Been looking off and on for years for a cream-colored, leather couch; couldn't find what I wanted. The biggest problem was all the cushions were like sitting on marshmallow, which I didn't want. I wanted firm cushions, and the first time I sat on this couch I thought, "this is it". It's very well made; really nice stitching. I must have purchased at the right time; it was pretty much half price! 🥳 Delivery time was only 2 weeks, which was great! And, the white glove delivery was a nice option. Happy with my purchase!

I purchased 2 of these sofas in hopes that I was receiving a white sofa as the color is stated as chalk…The sofa is comfortable and well made. The leather is good quality and durable. My only issue is the color is not chalk white. Whoever named the color of this sofa should be fired!!! Chalk is white!!! Too much work into return the sofas, now my decor is off.

the seat is too shallow given little support to the legs. the back is very low and firm. we are not able to rest on it. not comfortable sitting for half an hour.
