Do not take insurance plan
I love the sectional. I did had a problem with a controller which didn’t work and a frame that is slightly bent. When reclining it sticks. Worry no more insurance will not fix or talk to me. Very rude. You can’t speak I anyone it’s done on line. I hit the wrong drop down screen corrected it and now they won’t honor my contract. Total waste of money. Save yourself the money on insurance and headache dealing with rude people.

Bad product and worse customer service
My new couch was delivered in June, a recliner broke in October. Now it's February and a repair person finally showed after canceling two appointments. He told me it will be another 2 months for a part to be delivered and then they'll schedule another appointment. Go anywhere else to buy furniture!

We bought the sofa couple of weeks ago. The fabric, the finish is excellent and seats are very comfy. The L shape setup can be customized also. loving it!

Perfect for Viewing TV and Reading with Others
I bought a chaise, connected with three recliners for a longish room to view shows, movies, sports, or just recline with family and friends. I didn’t get the corner seat or recliner on the short end. I’m happy with my decision. Very comfortable.

Don’t buy furniture from Macy’s
I bought this section sofa less than a year ago with 5 years protection plan. Threds are ripped on every seat, i called and made a claim with warranty service to check this damage, they came and inspected the sofa and they said it’s a bad design done by Macy’s and it’s not covered by the warranty.and they said we had alot of claims for the same products. Macy’s deal with a low quality third party for furniture supplier and fraud warranty companies who covers nothing.
