Buyer Beware !!!!!

I ordered a Hutchenson 7-pc fabric sectional w/2 power recliners, power headrests. One on each end . After waiting a few months to receive it I am so disappointed. This is the most uncomfortable sectional I have ever had . It literally makes my head , neck and back hurt. If you have preexisting headaches and neck aches this sectional definitely is not for you . It is still so stiff and I have given it 5 months and no change . This was the worst furniture purchase I have ever made . I did purchase the warranty but not sure what it covers . I really wish the warranty would refund my money . Do not recommend at all !!! I would appreciate if someone could contact me regarding my concerns to discuss this .

Great sectional! Our cats are very thankful too!

Just received this exact setup in the Granada Charcoal color and my wife and I absolutely love it!!! Just ordered a matching 2 recliner setup to match!!!! Long delivery time and delays, but thank Covid for that!!!!
