Bad product and worse customer service

My new couch was delivered in June, a recliner broke in October. Now it's February and a repair person finally showed after canceling two appointments. He told me it will be another 2 months for a part to be delivered and then they'll schedule another appointment. Go anywhere else to buy furniture!

Good looking and comfortable!

Good solid option

Good fabric, does not stain easily. Couch is firm but comfortable. We have had a little issue with the charging ports providing consistent power, but that's not an essential use for us. Kids love it. Can't wait to see the longevity.

Disappointed

Although the sectional is comfortable, the right & left arm facing recliners have become eyesores. After two months of use, the arms are separating from the backs. A technician evaluated the issue & deemed this is normal. Because no defect was found, Macy's refuses to return & refund us. Don't waste your money.
