chair ordered

cancel my order! I still haven't heard anything on this chair! Now I see it is another $200 dollars off. I ordered in March!

Chair broken upon arrival

It was broken upon arrival . It’s a hassle to get a broken item replaced. They will even lie and say it’s sold out to avoid replacing. Then you go online and it’s still on sale. I’m too loyal for this Macys do better!!!!

stopped working after 2 weeks

Do not buy furniture from Macy's it stopped working after only 2 weeks. The customer service says they need to inspect it but makes an appointment for 80 days from now. And we're left with a broken chair. Worst experience I've ever had buying furniture.

Hutchenson Reclineer

Been using my new hutchenson Recliner for a week now. So far I would say it is probably better than I could have expected. One issue would be the control buttons, small, but I will get used to them.

Best designed recliner out there.

Best ergonomically designed recliner I have ever owned. seat comfort superbly designed for ultimate comfort, backrest movement is at a perfect height. my only complaint is the finish on the sides lower arm piece areas that rub your thighs entering and exiting the recliner. the finish rubs off way too easy and reveals the pleather vinyl material too soon in early use. this is coming from a retired furniture technician with 40+yrs in the furniture industry.

Sofa and Chair

Not too Grain leather don't buy, I bought at first it was delivered and I start to rub the chair it's easy to tear easy to peel I realized that this is not top green leather simple... so I called Macy's and I return it and also Macy's came and picked up the chairs because it was damaged on delivery...Not comfortable either...
