Okay I have three of these Hotel Collection duvet comforters. I have bought extra European shams for my duvet sets as well as for my son’s black duvet sets too. I bought the Hotel Collection European Shams and washed them. I dried them in my dryer. They came out beautifully. My son was so impressed with the set that he took my younger son’s new set with him as he left for Oakland. I said “yes, by all means I will order new duvet and European shams!” That's exactly what I did! Now I have both boys loving the European shams! The velvet washable material is wonderful! You can't go wrong with it! Hotel Collection is my ALL TIME favorite. Thank you Macy's! Love, love, love you! We have a great relationship! Best store ever. My entire home and my entire self as well as sons are outfitted in Macy's online! It all started during the Pandemic! Thank you again…A true life safer in more ways than one!

Does not wash well and takes FOREVER to dry! You have to clean the lint trap in the dryer numerous times while its drying. I guess that’s why I got it for a steal but it is literally useless.

I order this during the annual sale, and what I received was used and missing the shams. The original return receipt was still taped to the package and it was obvious no one cared when they shoved it into a bag to ship to me. I am so supremely disappointed. This was the completion of a bedroom set that now has to be completely re-done because nothing else is similar and it is now no longer in stock!! Unbelievable lack of quality control and oversight on Macys part. from what I could tell of the remaining piece it was probably every bit as nice as I was hoping it would be, so more's the disappointment!

First time we used this I developed a rash so I washed it but found I can't use it. The whole thing is made out of lint. Sadly it turned out to be a 100% waste of money for us. We're going to donate it to a thrift store in the hopes that someone can get some use from it.

Was left in driveway and I did not get if for two more days when my neighbor told me she had it. No number to call and no response for two days from the automated requests.
