COPPERTECH is NOT the same as Vitagenic

I am very upset with Macys in Newport Beach. I ordered a king mattress Hotel Collection VITAGENIC mattress by Aireloom after I tried a bunch of different mattresses in the store. I LOVED it! Six months later, I asked the same salesperson to order me another one just like the one I had purchased. He never told me that he was sending me the replacement to the Vitagenic, which is the COPPERTECH. They are not the same. Do NOT buy the coppertech unless you want a firmer, harder bed even if you order “plush”. I moved the bed out of state and I am now finding out it is not the same!

Would not buy again.

Way too firm. Feels like your sleeping on concrete. I Needed to ADD a comforter under the sheet to sleep.

Don't Buy This Mattress

I expected a better mattress. I went with Hotel Collection because I have liked the brand in the past. I ordered what I thought to be the same mattress as my sister and found that wasn't the case at all. I wanted the same mattress because I stayed at her place housesitting and slept really good. I talked to the same sales associate that my sister purchased her mattress through and after many sleepless nights and several conversations with the Macy's team, I decided to return and take my loss (restocking + pickup fees).

Hopefully it was just a defective mattress

I am a big fan of the Hotel Collection Bedding accessories and we decided to get their mattress expecting a top quality per this price and their reputable brand. This turned out a disaster as after just 40 days from the purchase the mattress sagged and made some coils noise even when you just sit on the side. Also a strong odor was persisting for more than 2 weeks. Likely for us, Macy's sales person and customer service were very helpful and now we are exchanging it, still for the Hotel Collection mattress, more expensive and supposedly better (I hope this would be the case!). I still believe this brand and hope that it was just a defective mattress
