It seems well made and has plenty of room and pockets. Our older High Sierra backpack has held up over the years and we expect the same from this one.

Poor quality
Falling apart in 30 days of use. The fabric in the shoulder arm started to rip 4 weeks of use.

Quality backpack
I love all the pockets, that it has very nicely padded straps and dual water bottle pockets. My child was impressed with how well the bottle pockets hold in bottles. Only thing I don't like is that the lavender color came a lot lighter than it appeared online. I hope my child can keep it clean
