Comfortable
we've only had it a week, but everyone likes the new sofa. its well made, sleek in design and the color (charcoal) is nicer than I remember. It fits nicely in the room and since its not all locked together its easy to move around.

We bought this 6 piece charcoal sectional with chaise & ottoman about 5 months ago. I love the most that it is easy to move the pieces. The ottoman can be adjusted either in the middle of the sofa for stretching legs while watching TV, or it can be added at the end of chaise for a nap. So far there are no complaints. It is firm, comfortable, looks great in our living room. We couldn't be more happier with this purchase.

Perfect Fit & Style
I purchased my first home in May and when I moved in my old furniture didn't quite fit the space. I knew I wanted a sectional but was struggling to find one that fit my narrow living room. I came across this setup online. I went to a Macy's Furniture Gallery to see it in person and fell in love. It is very neat and clean as well as being the perfect fit! I could not be happier with my purchase!

Wonderful piece of furniture
My husband and I had gone through 3 couches in our 7 years of being together when we bought this couch. Almost 3 years later, we still love this piece of furniture. It has endured (currently) 8 and 5 year olds jumping on it relentlessly and hundreds of spills. We have never once even had to use the extra warranty we purchased. I would say it has softened over time a bit, and some of the seams on a few of the heavy traffic edges are warping a bit, but for the price we paid I was not expecting it to hold up as well as it has. A year ago, I bought a hand-held upholstery cleaner that works beautifully on it and keeps it in great shape. The style of this sectional is 100% us and it is by far my favorite and least-regretted investment we have made in our little home.

Amazing Product at Amazing Price
Just received this today and it is an excellent product. It fits well into my decor and looks simply stunning. The delivery was outstanding and the product perfect.

LOVE THE LOOK .... quality lacking
We're quite sad about this purchase because we LOVE the design and look and fabric of this sectional. However it's a big price tag for the quality of cushions and, the cushions are attached so I have no idea how to even "re-stuff" them. The fabric is great which makes this dilemma even worse because there's little igns of wear and tear. There's even a zipper in the cushions which tells me the inside cushions can be replaced but not a clue how to access it! (If a Macy's representative knows how to do this and tells me, I'm happy to update my rating!)

not worth the price
this sectional is not worth the price. Shortly after purchase a button popped off, and since then another. the couch is now a year old and already fraying at the edges. the sections do not stay together like they should. Also, forget the Worrynomore protection plan. I have been trying to get something done for months now with no results. just want my money back. I have been a very good Macy's customer but will not buy any more furniture from them. This is also the only time I have ever sent in a review about a product. I have never had to before!!
