Damaged Furniture Item

I had to pay a fee for delivery and this item was damaged upon delivery. I was told I could not return it until a technician came out to assess the damage. The technician is only in my area on a certain day of the week in which I have a standing meeting on that day at work. I have a damaged item that I cannot use and Macy's will not accommodate my schedule to make things right. I probably would not purchase another item or any other furniture from Macy's again. Very poor customer service.
