Better than expected...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was perfect for our primary suite. Bought the cream color and the pile is very plush and soft. I am typically disappointed in the quality of rugs bought online but this was not the case. Really nice rug. Easy to vacuum or run a lint roller over to pull up dog hair. And a major plus: NO harsh chemical smell.
