Great Product! Macy's has BAD shipping department

The luggage is very nice. Unfortunately there were a few scratches on it. What was very disappointing was that Macy's didn't add any bubble wrap or protection paper inside the delivery box. Also, the box wasn't sealed when it arrived, and the box was falling apart.

Beautiful but not Suitable!

Unfortunately, I had to return the backpack. I needed a stylish backpack roomy enough to fit my laptop, lunchbox, and other necessities for traveling to work. Although it is a very nice backpack, it was not large enough. I did however, find another name brand backpack at Macys Backstage that suit my needs that was both sleek and less expensive.
