shocked at fabric and quality

we purchased this sofa about 8 months ago, and did so without a second guess or bat of the eye. we have always loved Thomasville and their quality and standards… until now! The pilling of the fabric is so excessive and extreme that it actually makes the sofa look like we’ve had it for 10+ years!!! The crazy thing is, is that this sofa was purchased for our more formal living area, so it doesn’t even get as much use as the informal living area sofa, which in actual fact looks a million times better and newer than this one (and they’re the same age!). Very disappointed!!! I wish I could post a picture here, but that isn’t an option.

Perfect additional to a living space

I purchased this sectional in the grey color wave and wanted to wait before posting a review; after about a month of ownership, this is probably one of the best sofas I've purchased. It's comfortable, strikingly attractive, and extremely well made. I HIGHLY recommend it!
