Good quality and nice design at a great price

Disappointing

Our chair arrived with one leg very much shorter than the other three legs so we did not accept it and another chair was sent. The second chair arrived with what appeared to be divets in the metal and paint chipped so the metal was showing under the paint. I was told by CS to paint it. Not acceptable for a chair at this price. I was then told that I would be contacted within 48 hours for another chair to be delivered. It has been weeks with no contact. Also, it does not lie completely flat. Very disappointing.
