Only one chair arrived

I ordered two chairs, but only one arrived. When I contacted customer service, they insisted that I was only supposed to receive one chair. As a result, I had to pay a restocking fee because they confirmed it was just one chair. However, after reading the comments, I see that I should have received two chairs.

Defective delivery 2 times

Chairs were delivered but 2 of the chairs were defective. One chair was slashed with a razor knife with inner contents coming out. The other chair wan uneven and can not stand on ground.
