Love this luggage

Loveove this luggage. I now have all 3 pieces very stylish and durable. Did I mention it comes with lifetime warrant. I bought it in tan.

MACY’S sent me a used luggage

MACY’S sent me a used luggage. It was scratched all over, and to make matters worse, when I opened it there was a used blanket in it.

Beautiful but not well made

I really wanted to keep this suitcase. It's beautiful and received many compliments. Very spacious and expandable. Having a regular zipper enabled it to hold more than the hard-sides that are not expandable. It had dings from it's one and only trip,but in fairness it was a long flight with a transfer; I didn't mind that. I returned it because the threading that makes the zipper was reeling pretty badly; I feared it would totally come apart by the next trip. Macy's took it back with no problem but for all its beauty,it's poorly made.
