Poor consistency in quality!

The first rug I bought had small bald patches that you could see as little black spots as soon as you walked in the room. Not just places where the fibers were flattened, but they were actually missing. I bought a second to compare and, while the rug fibers are all consistent, they're half the height of the first rug! So now I have one soft rug with holes and one pretty rug that feels like an outdoor door mat.

Beautiful rug at a great price!

This was my first purchase from rugs.com. Very pleased with the rug quality and soft texture making it comfortable to walk on. I like the beige color as it is neutral and brightens up my living room! Would recommend.
