Utter nonsense and rude delivery guys

Utter nonsense delivery person behavior. The deliver person was supposed to call me 30 mins before but he calls me 15 mins before at 7:45am as shown in the attached picture below and says that he will be there in 10 mins. That’s just non-sense. The delivery person was supposed to take away the old mattresses since we bought a new mattress and we are well within 30days to schedule our mattress haul away appointment. But, delivery was outright rude and continuously arguing with me that he cannot take away the mattress but he did after talking to his manager. If Macy’s cannot handle the delivery guys, just move out of this business. I don’t have to go through your indiscipline delivery guys. He was just rude and showing his full attitude. He wasn’t polite at all. If you guys have any attitude, show it to your executives team, not me. After he took the mattress, I said thank you and the delivery person didn’t reply at all, no acknowledgement. What do you guys think about yourself?
