zero stars customer service

Awful customer service delivering this furniture piece. The in store sales rep told me I was paying for the full service and wrote the opposite on my invoice. I unfortunately didn’t catch it and when the delivery guys showed up they dropped a dresser in my doorway and left. After reaching out several times I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do for their mistake. Macys even tried charging me a 15% fee to return it after they made the mistake.
