Ashlinn 81 Inch Tufted Sky Blue Sofa

Love it! Sofa color is a little more of a grayish pastel blue, not a bright pastel blue. The quality appears to be very good. White Glove Delivery men were outstanding, very courteous and professional. Customer service has been amazing. Great job Macy's. I will not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Perfect color

I bought this last month. White glove delivery was perfect. I did not see this in person before I bought, took a chance that the color would match. It looks great, a pale green that blends well with my carpet and tan leather furniture. Reclining is easy.

Love This Sofa

I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't see this sofa in person before I bought it. Fortunately, I reached Paul in the Ft. Lauderdale store. He had seen it in person. He answered all my questions about the colors and comfort. Best purchase I've made in a long time. The yellow is not in your face. It's more neutral with a faint yellowish undertone. It's firm enough to give my back the support it needs, and, most important, it passed the nap test.

great chair

This chair is a great size for us. The color pastel mint green was a beautiful color. Reclining is not real easy for me. It is definitely manual. My husband has no problem but I feel the more you use it the easier it will be. Macys salesperson was great and we had white glove option was great. Our drivers, Jim and Joe, were fantastic.

Great for only one. No color match for 2!

Well made, pretty mint color. Seats are a bit firm. Problem is I have a sofa and loveseat which sit side by side and the two pieces are slightly off in color. Macy's did try sending out others but with two other deliveries NONE of the two pieces were identical in color and the difference is noticeable. Said they would check in warehouse this last time but obviously didn't. Stuck with a sofa and love seat that are close but do not match. Do NOT buy if you need two pieces of the same color leather to be in the same room, otherwide a good purchase.

Cushions

Don’t buy this couch for the firm cushions. Within 3 days the spot I was sitting on most created a divot. I called macys and they sent a tech out and he basically said “it happens”. I bought this couch specially for the firmness that the floor model fooled me with. It’s a beautiful couch, but it’s already hurting my back.
