The sofa was delivered promptly and looks beautiful. Fits my living room exactly. Very comfortable. However, the chaise began to sag almost immediately. And now looks like a five-year-old chaise; and it’s less than six months old. I believe the problem is that this Macys sofa uses old Bullhide, which has no elasticity left and web strapping, rather than spring tied. I would only recommend this sofa in a room that gets very little use. Not a family room with daily use.

I was looking for the comfortable sectional for quit sometime, this piece is worth of waiting. Comfy, sturdy and of course elegant. Also, well made, and the leather so hight quality and soft. The delivery was within 4 days plus packed with care. That is the best purchase so far.

I purchased this couch on 12/28/2023 and the item was demaged upon the delivery (01/03/2024) I have almost a month trying to deal with Macy’s customer service and still nothing. The couch came wrapped in plastic wrap and people dragging it down the floor like it was an item that costed $100. We were told that the couch comes in boxes. They sent and inspection a week after the item was deliverd and the person who did the inspection reported only ine demage but there are three demages in different parts of the couch. I called Macy’s customer service again and the lady who assisted me said that they will shedule another inspecion on 0123/24. I was waiting for them to show, no one showed up and no one called me. I called again 3 days ago and the other lady who assisted me said you had nothing sheduled on our system. Please help me because this issue is causing me such a serious problem. Thank you

Purchased this sectional in white color and it look so classy in my living room. Perfect size for my living room space and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a white leather sectional.
