We purchased this couch 8 years ago. I am starting to look for different couches ONLY because it is a very different style from what our new home needs. There are so many negative reviews about this couch that I felt it was only fair to share our experience. We love this couch. It is comfy and plush, and its large size will accommodate 4-5 people comfortably. My family has piled on this couch for movie nights, my kids have jumped on it, and it is still going strong. We’ve not have any issues with feathers coming out, or the cushions losing their shape or sagging. We’ve had it professionally cleaned, and the upholstery holds up beautifully. We also know other people who have purchased this same couch after they saw it in our home and to sit on it. It’s been awesome for our busy and active family!

Awful product, worse customer service.
If I could give this couch 0 stars, I would. Multiple times, my children have had the feathers stab them and break off inside of their skin. There are hundreds of feathers all over my house every single day. I had Macy's here to look at the couch and they told me this is NORMAL manufacturing. Is this a joke? That's why this thing is discontinued. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Macy's again. How terrible that you would sell such a product and not stand behind it
Nowhere near the same quality as the couch
We own this and the matching couch. DO NOT BUY this oversized chair. We have owned for over a year. The couch is fantastic - Comfortable and high quality. The oversized chair - Worse materials and worse cushioning. Feels like a cheap knockoff of the couch. The fabric looks similar but feels worse, the cushioning is terrible and customer support send out a technician that did nothing. It is less comfortable and the pillow back rest doesn't hold shape. We bought this to match the couch so either they have begun manufacturing these items worse or the chair is not up to the quality standards of the couch. I have waited a year to write this review in case the material would break in or anything would get better, it has not. In summary: Do not buy this chair if you actually want to sit in it - It is horrible. Do buy the couch - It is very comfortable.

sinks in makes your back hurt- pillows it came with are totally useless. very uncomfortable

It looks good and the cushions felt great in the store when shopping for new sofas as this was extremely important to me. Cushions are not well made at all, they sink in the middle so realistically only 2 people can sit comfortably, 1 person per cushion and the back cushions do not reshape well, just poor quality. The seat cushions never really "wore" in after 2.5 years very stiff. I would not recommend. I just sold them on line to buy new ones.
Sink hole
All the cushions cave after using for about a month. The pillow in the back of the chair a to be fluffed every time I get up and sit ack down. I would not recommend this product.

I’ve had the couch for two years it’s a really nice couch but the cushions are sinking in a lot and have lost there shape . The structure of the couch is also sinking right in the middle .
