Gorgeous executive desk

Absolutely GORGEOUS desk! Well made, spacious, and just what I needed. It looks like the pictures. White glove delivery was great. They were careful and quick. I highly recommend it!

Just as expected--maybe even better!

The l shaped desk is constructed beautifully. I love the traditional color. It's nice that both drawers fold down to accommodate a keyboard.

Fantastic!

I loved the size and all the space to put things. I also love the color. The crew did a great job taking this heavy desk upstairs and put it all together in a very short time frame.

Love the White Glove Service and Desk is the best

Wow! This desk is amazing! You can ONLY buy this desk from Macys because it is exclusively made for Macys! Their white glove delivery service is best of the best. No spending hours unboxing and assembly or disposing of the tons of shipping materials! They do everything and even clean up. This desk is of amazing quality with very strong construction and the intricate wood work and details makes others think you spent 10 times more! Impressive desk.

Beautiful Desk

Beautiful desk with lots of drawer space, counter space, USB ports, and cord management. I selected the white glove delivery, and received the desk in March 2020 (shortly before the pandemic). The delivery team were professional, arrived on time, assembled the desk quickly, and removed all packaging. Due to the pandemic, I have been teleworking on a regular basis, so the purchase was timely and well worth the price! I have been using the desk more than originally anticipated and I am so glad that I purchased it. I love the quality, craftsmanship, design, color, etc.

Poor quality control!

Very poor quality control from the manufacturer! Too bad because this is a beautiful desk. Upon delivery the desk arrives in a box, well protected from damage. When opened and brought into the home we see that there are many areas that were messed up and fixed, poorly fixed. Really? Did the manufacturer think we would be blind to this? We ordered a replacement. The replacement had a different problem; the desk which is two pieces would not fit together properly. We once again ordered a replacement. The replacement was damaged by the delivery people! Because the desk is so beautiful; I kept it and fixed the small damage that was done in putting it together. Note, the delivery people HATE this desk! I took off 3 stars because it had to be delivered 3 times.
