Quality Decline

I previously had this brush and loved it! It was durable and lasted years before I needed to replace it. I purchased a replacement about 9 months ago and it's completely falling apart and is not usable. I'm super disappointed especially since the price increased so much. I'm not sure if I just received a bad brush or if something changed in the manufacturing process to decrease the quality. I reached out to customer service but they said I cannot return it since it's out of their return window.
