Horrible Customer Service!

I wish I could write a review about the Clinique Clarifying Toner I ordered a month ago from Macy's, but I have yet to receive it. I received an email from Macy's stating my order had been delivered on 4/5/25, but it was never delivered. I even checked my doorbell camera to ensure it was not taken by someone. Nothing! I called Macy's on three different occasions to report the issue and I was told every time I would receive an email with an update about the case. The last time I called, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the case had been resolved and I was going to receive an email within 24 hours with shipping information and was going to receive the product within 48 hours. That was 10 days ago and so far no email and no product. Macy's keeps emailing me asking me to review the product I never received though. Worse customer service ever!!! Never buying from Macy's again for sure!!!!
