Why Did I Ever Stop?

As a teenager, I relied on Clinique's 3-Step regimen, especially the Clarifying Lotion 2, to prevent breakouts. Being allergic to salicylic acid, it was one of the few toners that worked for me. Over time, I stopped using it, but in 2022, I received a sample from my local Clinique retailer and decided to try it again. I now wonder why I ever stopped using it.
