Not Happy!

I came online to see if I can start a return process on this order, only to find out that it is out stock and not get restocked. This is totally not fair, for you to buy something and opening it for the first time and everything falls on you. I am even afraid to try it on, because I am sure the reps that packed it knew it was broken and packed it like that! I am highly disappointed in macy, and even more disappointed in Clinique for cheaply producing this palette.

Opinion

I have been thinking about returning this item because when you open it there is always like part of the makeup where it is not supposed to be. One of the blush cakes comes off. Not happy at all. Sorry to inform about this. I have used Clinique products for many years and this item is not up to their standards.
