Ughhh

Make no mistake, this lip pencil is fine. It goes on smoothly and color lasts for an acceptable amount of time. My gripe is that the last pencil I received had obviously been used - the tip was extended out beyond what's normal and looked fuzzy. This is unhygienic and unacceptable. All cosmetics should have safety seals on them to prevent others from trying them out and returning them. ICK ICK ICK
