Not the same as before...

I have purchased the Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator before and I like it ,it made my skin feel soft during winter and helped prevent dryness. But this time it does not feel the same .Some time after I put it on a thin layer of cream peels out just like glue peels when left dry on skin. Waste of money.
