AWFUL APPLICATOR - great product.!!!

The product itself it wonderful... The vessel it is held in is PATHETIC. For this price...? Are you kidding me... It falls out every single time I use it. Yesterday on the bathroom floor...and I lost HALF of it... I am so upset!!!

Pros and cons

The balm is lightweight and glides smoothly, and doesn't dry out my lips.I like that the product comes in a refillable tube, but the tube is a less sturdy material than I expected and the fit is loose enough that it rattles a bit and occasionally dislodges.For the cost, I think I expected a more substantial container, but I'm still happy with the formula/product itself,

Case defect?

I opened the box and tried to put the gold tube into the case but it didn't click and got loose and fell out of the case at each use. Love the lip balm but a hassle to use the case. I've been using the previous one happily along with all my Cle de peau products for years. My very first disappointment.
