Great toner!

Strong fragrance, sticky feeling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a lot of hopes and interest in this product. I am always seeking something hydrating for my dry skin. As soon as I opened this product, I was concerned. The fragrance is VERY strong. It was off putting. I went forward using it but it was a struggle. I did not want to use it everyday. I resisted it because the feel and fragrance was off putting. But the kicker for me was that i didn't really feel like it made a difference for my skin. I was definitely disappointed in this product.

Great Lotion!
