Case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The case looks nice, but the quad doesn't snap in, but rather, it just lays in the tray. I accidentally laid the case down on it's side and the quad fell out onto the counter.

New design doesn't fit

Hello Sall, Thank you for your review of the Eye Color Quad Case. We apologize for any confusion. This is a new case that will house the new Eye Color Quad Refill which is a new size and shape. Therefore, the fomer case will not fit the new refill and vice versa : the new refill will not fit the former case. -Alison, Skincare Expert
