How do I best apply this beautiful Rouge shine?

I loved the beautiful color, but the thick consistency of the cream makes it harder for me to work with. I would like to see how it is properly applied.

I would buy this again

great finishing, longer wear, suits on makeup and skin, can be wear at night functions or day. Other than this I have so many products of CPB which helps in my day to day life and make my skin looks radient.

Wouldn't recommend it!

It's so thick and sticky. It also caused peelings on my lips. It doesn't have good longevity. Too sad I ordered it online because I had to order their concealer that was out of stock for a long time and I have their matte formula liquid lipstick and I loved it. So I was so impulsive to order the shine formula (so sad that I ordered 2 colors and I threw the boxes away). I wouldn't recommend this one but I highly recommend the matte formula.
