Not durable

I know baggage handlers aren't the gentlest, but for the pull tab to break after one use is ridiculous. This set is too expensive to cheap out on the zippers and pull tabs. Can't even lock the luggage now. Would not buy again. But it does look nice so I gave it 2 stars.

One of the worest Macy procuc,Champ has 10 yrs warrenty , unsatisfactory item, bought in Nov 19, 2023 during holiday season to use for future vacation trip, I used in March 6-4 and May 3-12, 2024 trip, lagguage midium size corners theread open up wider, start showing my items from corners, at emergcy I had to do hand stitch so I can not lose my item coming back home. I bought product from Macy with expectation of good quality produce. Macy's chat with Macy's customer service has no information about Champ contact information. passe return time can not retune to Macy.

Good Buy from Frequent Traveler

My husband and I travel often to rural Alaska for work and bought this set about a year ago. We are so pleased with the purchase- holds up well to rough terrain and handling and the wheels allow the cases to love with ease. The only downside is that the carryon is a bit on the small side. Otherwise, excellent purchase
