"Non-congruent item" tag on bottom of shoe

I usually like Clarks shoes, but the pair that was sent had a tag on the bottom that said, "Non-congruent item, 50% off". It was not in good shape, but I was charged more than the 50% discount. I am returning the shoes. They are a cute style, but besides the issue mentioned, I did not find them to be comfortable.

Nice 😊

These are really cute with the detail across the top. I bought Wide as previous experience with Clark’s” is that they run a bit narrow. The navy pair hits my toe joint and would make it hard to wear them all day. I can see the shoe stretching a bit to ease that though. I would definitely buy again the two colors I did, navy and brown/taupe.

I absolutely love this ballet flat, it's so comfortable and looks good on the foot I have in all colors except the red which I would gladly purchase if the site offered it

Uncomfortable Clarks shoes

Painful flats. Looked cute online but are very uncomfortable to wear. Very disappointed especially since the shoes are Clarks brand.

More Narrow Widths Please

This shoe is very comfortable so glad I bought it. However, I'm very disappointed with Clarks Shoes because you do Not offer enought shoes with a narrow width. I don't understand why because thousands of women wear narrow width shoes so why not offer more narrow width styles. I saw so many attractive shoes on your website that I would have purchase but the majority of them are a medium or wide. Please, please offer more narrow width styles.
