Happy with Clarks in a Narrow Width

So happy to find narrow shoes from Clarks! Comfortable and great for warm weather! The shoe is a bit of pinkish tan to me. Recently, I have tried other Clark loafers but they are cut too high and hit the bones on both sides of my ankles and would cause blisters but the Elaina Ruby are cut lower and are soft leather. Please make your shoes a bit lower on both sides and bring back more narrows!

shoe shows is a 6.5 but is not

I ordered this shoe because I had ordered same style previously and I love them. I ordered same size 6.5. When I put them on shoes felt smaller but I kept them thinking nss as the they will stretch today us a lot more than a month and shoe still feels smaller. Came to store and the salesman measured them and they are definitely smaller. They didn’t want to exchanged them because they are used. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was just trying to see if shoe will stretch with use. Is there anything you can do to help me?
